As soon as your registration is approved, you start receiving packages on behalf of your customers. All you have to do is store them safely until they are picked up.

Get paid per package received

With each package you receive and store, your Business earns a daily commission for the time you store it, increasing your income with no additional effort.

Obligations of the Collection Point

Service during business hours

The Collection Point must guarantee service during all business hours on working days. If the company also operates on Saturdays, service must be extended to those days.

Receipt of Orders

The Collection Point is responsible for receiving, storing and ensuring the integrity of parcels destined for DropSpot customers until they are picked up.

Identification and Storage

All incoming parcels must be identified and stored in an organized manner, guaranteeing agile service when they are picked up by the customer.

Order problems

The Pickup Point must immediately inform DropSpot in the event of any problem related to the order, such as damage or loss, and maintain regular communication on the status of deliveries/pickups.

Security

The Collection Point must ensure that parcels are stored in a safe place, protected against damage and theft, and is financially liable in the event of any damage to the parcel.

Confidentiality

The company must keep customer and order information confidential, respecting the privacy of those involved.

Customer Support

Supporting customers when they pick up their parcels, providing the necessary information and helping with any questions.
